About Aerial Arts Classes & Workshops

How I Approach Aerial Arts

Movement is everything for me. I’m Dasha, and I spend most of my time exploring what our bodies can do up in the air. I can’t promise you’ll feel graceful every day - sometimes it’s tough, sometimes you just laugh at yourself. But feeling your own progress is addictive.

What Happens in Class

You’ll find a mix of calisthenics and aerial arts in my sessions. I keep things playful, but you’ll build strength, flexibility, and real aerial skills without feeling pressured. We train hard, but the vibe is always friendly and a little bit goofy. Expect to try out beginner aerial silks classes, aerial hoop, and corde lisse fundamentals. If you’re curious about rare stuff, I teach hair suspension training and aerial straps duo routines too.

All Levels, All Bodies

Doesn’t matter if you’re a total newbie or you’ve been flying for years. I’ll help you get the basics down or push into advanced tricks and choreography if you want. You get to move your way - I just help you find it.

More Than Just Class

I love watching our crew become friends and artists. We do student showcases (you get to perform on silks and hoop if you want), and honestly, seeing everyone support each other is the best part.

Where We Train

You’ll find me teaching at The Boulderbox, Grip&Grab Saket, and Rebel Pole Studio in New Delhi. Come as you are, and let’s see what you can do.

My Story

Hey, I’m Dasha. Delhi’s home for now, but honestly, I spend more time upside down than right side up. Started with aerial silks—still my jam—but now it’s rope, hoop, straps, even hair hanging and iron jaw. Some days I’m fighting the hoop, some days I’m just playing around. Nothing’s ever perfect, and I kinda love that. Best part? The people. Watching folks surprise themselves, get strong, find their own groove. Makes it all worth it.

My Work

Playful, Process-Focused Teaching - We train hard but keep it fun. It’s about exploring movement, building strength, and finding your own style.

Community & Showcases - Join our tribe—lots of support, laughs, and regular community aerial showcases where everyone can perform.

Performances & Acts - I create creative aerial choreography for events—solo or duo hoop performance, always something fresh and bold.
