This is a work in progress, but it feels so nice to move on and with the rope. This clip shows the beginning of a creative process, exploring how to dance with the apparatus.

About Corde Lisse & Straps: Power & Control

Aerial rope work is as much about the ground-based conditioning you do before you even touch the apparatus as it is about the climbs themselves. In my classes, we prioritize grip endurance and shoulder stability, moving through repetitive drills that build the raw strength required to control your descent and hold difficult positions safely.
