I’m Dasha, and this is a look into my world of aerial movement—from silks and hoop to rare skills like hair suspension. Whether you are curious about your first class or looking for bold performance art, come explore what your body can do.

This is a classic aerial silks sequence that shows the kind of fluid movement we work towards in class. It combines strength, flexibility, and control, which are the core elements of aerial dance.

A moment of stillness on the aerial hoop, or lyra. This pose, a variation of a split, showcases the blend of artistry and athleticism that makes this apparatus so captivating. It’s a beautiful example of aerial performance photography.

My favorite part of teaching is guiding students through their journey. Here, I'm spotting a student on the aerial hoop, ensuring she feels safe as she learns a new inversion. My classes are a hands-on, supportive space for all levels.

The corde lisse, or aerial rope, is a humbling and powerful apparatus. This sequence demonstrates the grip strength and dynamic control we build, moving from a hold into a fluid split. It’s a challenging but rewarding discipline.

This is hair suspension, a rare and beautiful circus art I practice and teach. It requires immense neck and back strength, and a deep understanding of body mechanics to create these spinning, floating movements.

Teamwork makes the dream work. This is an aerial straps duo routine, a discipline that relies on trust, timing, and synchronized strength between partners. It's an advanced practice that is incredible to watch and perform.

The community we build is just as important as the skills we learn. This moment from one of our student showcases captures the supportive and joyful spirit of our crew after their amazing aerial performances.

The joy on a beginner's face after their first aerial workshop is everything. This clip shows new students discovering their strength and having fun, which is what my beginner aerial silks classes are all about.

About Featured

Aerial arts is more than just strength; it’s about learning to trust your body while suspended in the air. In my classes, we move past the intimidating acrobatics to find flow and expression. Whether you are aiming for your first climb on the silks or refining a split on the hoop, my goal is to guide you through the process, spotting you through every inversion until you feel strong enough to let go.
