About Aerial Arts Classes
Why I Teach Aerial Arts
Used to be a lawyer, never thought I’d end up hanging from a hoop or spinning on a pole. I started these classes because I wanted a space where anyone can try aerial, no matter your age or strength level. Trust me, you don’t need to walk in strong or flexible - you just need to show up.
What to Expect
- We focus on two big things: lyra hoop classes and pole fitness for beginners.
- It’s not about showing off crazy tricks. I want you to feel the music and actually dance with the apparatus.
- Classes are small, mats are thick, safety’s always first.
Who Can Join?
- Any body, any age, any experience (including zero).
- Total beginners are welcome. You’ll build strength and flexibility here, not before.
- Kids have their own aerial dance workshops and camps - they absolutely love it.
How We Fly
- Beginner workshops for first-timers
- Regular classes to build up week by week
- Fusion sessions mixing aerial with dance styles
- Private lessons for focused attention
