This is the first glimpse into my world of aerial arts. This collection shows the variety of what I teach and my passion for movement, from the grace of aerial silks to the supportive community we build in our classes. It’s a preview of the strength, artistry, and fun you can discover.
Aerial Silks: Grace & Strength
This is where my journey in the air began, and it remains my first love. In my classes, we focus on building foundational strength and exploring fluid sequences on the silks, from basic climbs to intricate drops and wraps. We cover everything from beginner-friendly moves to advanced choreography.
Aerial Hoop: Spins & Poses
The aerial hoop, or lyra, is perfect for exploring dynamic spins, rolls, and beautiful static poses. My sessions focus on moving with intention, whether you're learning your first time in the hoop or working on complex, flowing transitions.
Corde Lisse & Straps: Power & Control
For those looking for a challenge, corde lisse (rope) and aerial straps build incredible upper body and core strength. We work on powerful climbs, controlled descents, and impressive holds, including duo strap routines for partnered work.
Hair Suspension: A Rare Discipline
This is a highly specialized and rare circus art that I am passionate about teaching and performing. It involves intense preparation and specific techniques to create the illusion of floating and spinning while suspended by the hair.
In the Studio: Classes & Workshops
See what a typical class or workshop looks like, from warm-ups to learning new tricks. I provide hands-on guidance in a supportive and playful environment, ensuring everyone feels safe and encouraged, no matter their starting point.
Our Community: Student Showcases
The best part of my job is watching our community of aerialists grow and support each other. We hold regular student showcases where everyone gets a chance to perform on silks and hoop, celebrating their hard work and progress.
