Wrestling: Your Base for MMA
Hum champions banate hain. I believe wrestling is the toughest base for any MMA fighter. If you want that real confidence, you have to choose the hard route, not the shortcut. In the cage, wrestling is your weapon - it decides who controls the fight.
What We Drill
- Fundamentals: We spend most time on basics - balance, posture, footwork, hand control. Simple cheezein, but yahi sabse important hai (these are most important).
- Takedowns: You’ll learn setups using pressure, collar ties, even jab-cross combos. We cover single leg, double leg, high crotch, and body lock takedowns. If one fails, you re-shoot - koi shortcut nahi (no shortcut).
- Defense & Scrambles: Sprawls, strong base, and hand fighting drills. 'Ek haath neeche rahega' - always be ready to defend the shot. We also teach counter-wrestling so you flip bad positions into attacks.
- Cage Work: Cage wrestling is a different game. Pin, escape, or set up your own shots using the wall. MMA cage wrestling techniques are a must today.

- Live Rounds: Test everything under pressure with real partners. Scrambles in mixed martial arts get wild - you’ll be ready.

My Story
Started Crosstrain Fight Club back in 2012, mission was simple - WE BUILD CHAMPIONS. This isn’t just a gym, it’s home. People walk in carrying their wins, their losses, sometimes their worst days. 'Main bahut roi hoon' (I have cried a lot) on these mats, but quitting? Not here. We built India’s top academy by growing together, sharing discipline, respect, and always giving back. Senior fighters help the newbies, everyone fights, everyone learns. This is where warriors are made.
My Work
What We Teach - Expert coaching in MMA, Gi and No-Gi BJJ classes, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, plus kids martial arts classes.
Who Can Join - Anyone. Pros, beginners, students, office folks, all are welcome. No experience needed.
