Our Tribe: The Crosstrain Community
We are more than just a fight club. On our mats, your background doesn't matter, only your discipline does. Join a community that pushes you, supports you, and trains with purpose.

About Our Tribe: The Crosstrain Community
On these mats, you won't find ego or intimidation. Whether you are walking in for your first BJJ class or you are a seasoned grappler, our sessions are built on the 'cheezein samjho' (understand the concepts) philosophy. We do not just drill moves until you are tired; we help you understand the mechanics so you can actually execute them under pressure during live rolling.
We built Crosstrain because we were tired of the lone wolf mentality often found in combat sports. Martial arts is hard—physically and mentally—and having a team that actually cares if you show up makes the difference between quitting and becoming a student for life.
The 'Rato Mat' Approach
We hate rote learning. In our MMA and wrestling-integrated BJJ classes, we break down every sprawl, hip pressure point, and takedown chain so you know the 'why' behind the 'what.' This is why our members stay consistent—they are not just sweating, they are learning.
Who Is This For?
Everyone. We have working professionals, students, and competitive athletes all rolling on the same mat. When you join, you are not just paying for access; you are part of a squad that celebrates the small wins, like hitting your first sweep, just as much as the big ones like winning a tournament.
What To Expect
Expect high-energy sessions on professional Fuji mats designed for safe, high-amplitude throws. We train hard, we laugh, and we keep the ego at the door. If you are looking for a place where you can be yourself, train hard, and become part of something bigger, welcome home.
