Stop guessing on the mats. We break down the mechanics of every takedown, throw, and clinch transition so you can dictate where the fight happens.

Practice makes perfect. Here, our students are drilling single leg takedown entries, focusing on proper head position and driving through the opponent to finish the move.

This is what our MMA wrestling training looks like. We drill takedowns from the clinch, focusing on controlling the opponent's body and using leverage to bring the fight to the mat.

We drill clinch control and takedowns against the cage, a crucial skill for any MMA fighter. This session focuses on maintaining pressure and executing trips and throws in tight spaces.

Wrestling fundamentals translate directly to BJJ with the Gi. Here, we are working on grip fighting to set up a body lock takedown, a high percentage move in grappling.

The arm drag is a powerful tool for creating angles. In this demonstration, we show how to use an arm drag to get to an opponent's back, a dominant position in both BJJ and MMA.

On our mats, everyone is equal and everyone trains hard. Here is a perfect execution of an Uchi Mata, a classic judo throw that we adapt for No-Gi grappling and MMA scenarios.

About this collection

You won’t find us drilling moves in isolation just to fill the hour. We focus on chaining, linking your shot to a body lock or a trip, because in a real spar or cage fight the first attempt rarely lands clean. You will learn to move with your partner's weight rather than against it, which is the only way to make these throws work safely on the mats.

Why We Drill Takedowns This Way

In combat sports, the takedown is the bridge between striking and grappling. If you cannot get the fight to the ground, or keep it there, you are stuck playing your opponent's game. At our centers in Noida, Sainik Farm, and Faridabad, we move past 'muscle it out' tactics to focus on leverage.

Our Technical Approach

  • Chaining Moves: A single leg rarely works alone. We teach you to flow from a shot into a body lock, or to switch from a high crotch to a trip when the resistance hits.
  • Clinch Control: We use cage-simulation wall pads to drill wrestling techniques in tight spaces, prepping you for the reality of MMA clinch work.
  • Safety First: We train on high-impact Fuji Mats. This allows us to practice high-amplitude throws and trips with the intensity of live sparring, without the fear of injury that stops most gyms from going hard.
  • Concept-Based Learning: As we like to say, Rato mat yaar (don't cram). We strip back the technique to its core leverage points, so you understand why your hip pressure needs to be at a specific angle to unbalance a resisting partner.

Whether you are training for the mats or the cage, we emphasize being a tribe. You will not be training alone, you will be rolling with partners who want to see you hit that throw as much as you do.
