Takedowns & Throws
This is the heart of wrestling for MMA and BJJ. We focus on a variety of takedown strategies, from single and double leg shots to body locks, throws, and chaining attempts together. You will learn how to dictate where the fight takes place.
Defense & Ground Control
Just as important as taking someone down is preventing them from taking you down and controlling them once you are on the ground. We teach practical takedown defense, including sprawling, timing, and hip pressure, along with dominant ground control positions.
Learn the Art: Technique & Drills
Every class is built on a foundation of solid technique and repetitive drilling. We break down complex movements into simple, understandable steps for everyone from beginners to pros. This is where you build muscle memory.
Live Rolling & Sparring
This is where you put it all together. Live rolling, or sparring, is a core part of every class where you can test your skills against a resisting partner. It is the ultimate laboratory for growth in martial arts.
Combat Conditioning
A fight is as much about endurance as it is about technique. We incorporate wrestling and grappling specific conditioning drills into our classes to build the strength, stamina, and grit required for combat sports.
Forged in Competition
We encourage our members to test their skills in competition, but it's always about the growth, not just the medals. We are proud of our team's performance at various BJJ and grappling tournaments like ADCC and AJP Tour.
