Training Schedule & Access

Technical Basics (Zero Level)
- Ground Control: Instruction on positional dominance, specifically Mount Escapes and leg-based Guard Work.
- Wrestling Drills: Repetitive practice of Sprawls for defense, Shoots for takedowns, and agility rolls.
- Submissions: Introduction to high-percentage moves like the Rear Naked Choke (RNC) and Armbar.
Facility & Environment
- Surface: Functional Interlocking Puzzle Mats (1-inch thickness) for shock absorption.
- Conditioning Tools: Shared use of heavy tires for flips and punching bags during circuits.
- Atmosphere: Non-AC or Basic AC facility with a gritty, "no-excuses" culture.
Administrative
- Registration: Covers the mandatory one-time setup fee.
Unlimited Access: Grappling & Competition Team (6 Days/Week)
Advanced Volume & Schedule
- Frequency: 6 Days per week access allowing a split routine between striking and grappling.
- Weekend Specials: Includes dedicated Sunday Jiu-Jitsu sessions focused purely on rolling and technique.
- Sparring: Supervised Gi and No-Gi sparring sessions typically conducted at controlled 50% intensity.
Technical Progression
- Advanced Chains: Moving beyond basics to setups for Triangle Chokes, Guillotines, and guard passing.
- Wrestling Integration: Seamless transition drills combining striking shadow boxing with takedowns.
- Competition Prep: Specific drilling for Delhi State & Inter-Club Championship point-scoring systems.

About Grappling
Real fights often get real on the ground. At Knockout MMA, that’s where we do our best work. My goal is to help you actually control, survive and win when you’re rolling on the mat - not just look good doing fancy moves.
Ground Game Basics
- I teach a mix of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling - both are must-haves for proper ground control techniques and takedown defense skills.
- If you’re a beginner, don’t stress. We start literally from zero, breaking down even the tiniest galti (mistake) so you build a solid base.
- If you don’t get a move, you just ask. We’ll work it out together then and there.
What You’ll Actually Learn
- BJJ: How to escape bad positions, work your guard, and finish with submissions like armbar, triangle, RNC.
- Wrestling: Shoots, sprawls, and movement drills to make you tough to take down and quick on your feet.
- Every session is hands-on, no-nonsense. You learn to solve real problems, not just repeat drills.
Team Vibes & Competition
- We’re a mixed, respectful squad. Everyone trains together - no big egos.
- If you want to compete, I’ll help you prep for submission wrestling classes and actual state/inter-club events.
- At the end of the day, everyone gets better together. Chalo, kaam pe lagte hain (Let’s get to work).

Hum Knockout MMA GTB Nagar hain. Gym nahi, family hai - sab ek dusre ko push karte hain, chaahe Ninja kids ho ya pro fighters. Yahan har koi champion banne ki koshish kar raha hai, ring mein bhi, zindagi mein bhi. Sanjay bhai ka accident hua tha, poori team saath thi - yahi hai hamari bonding. Hamare yahan ladna hi nahi, saath bhi sikhte hain. Jab aap join karte ho, member nahi, team ka hissa bante ho.
