About this collection

This isn't about winning or losing; it's about checking your ego. When you roll, you’ll quickly figure out which moves feel natural and which ones break down under pressure. We keep it controlled so you can push your limits without fear, focusing on flow and timing rather than just brute strength.

Sparring is the laboratory where theory hits the ground. You can drill a double-leg takedown or a guard pass a thousand times, but live rolling is the only way to understand if those moves actually work against a partner who is actively trying to stop you. We treat these sessions as a place to experiment and grow, not a place to prove who is the toughest.

Here is how we handle live training:

  • Controlled Intensity: We don't believe in gym wars. Sparring should be a conversation, not a fight for survival. We train to improve, which means you can roll at 70-80% intensity and still get better results than going at 100% and risking injury.
  • The Rato Mat Approach: Like our gym philosophy, don't just memorize moves. Use sparring to discover your own game. If you feel stuck, ask your partner or coach for feedback. That is how the tribe grows.
  • Safety First: Our Fuji mats are built for impact, and we insist on safe, technical rolling. Whether you are prepping for an AJP tournament or just want to burn off a week of work stress, this is your time to test your limits in a supportive environment.

If you are in Noida, at our Sainik Farm location, or in Faridabad, come drop by. Whether you are a seasoned competitor or just had your first intro class, the mats are waiting. You are welcome to experience what it feels like to be part of a team that pushes each other to get better every single day.
