Feel the energy of our Hatha Vinyasa flow. Here, we are moving through a sequence of warrior poses, connecting breath to movement to build heat, strength, and focus in a dynamic group setting.
The practice isn't just about movement; it's about stillness. We guide our students through pranayama, or breathwork exercises like Nadi Shodhana, to calm the mind, balance energy, and deepen the mind body connection.

At LeviFly, we believe your mat is a sanctuary for both movement and rest. Our studio in DLF Phase 1 is designed to be a 'work-in' space where the goal is progression, not perfection. We keep our group batches small, capped at 15 students, to ensure everyone gets the attention they need.
Our Approach
Our sessions blend Hatha Vinyasa flows with deep stretches and mobility work. We focus on connecting breath to movement, which helps build heat and focus in a dynamic group setting. You will find that we regularly integrate props like yoga wheels and blocks—not because you need them to do a pose, but because they help make deep stretches accessible for every body type.
What to Expect
- Mindful Movement: Our flows are designed to improve posture, core strength, and flexibility, but we always leave room for stillness.
- Breathwork: We end every class with dedicated time for pranayama and relaxation, helping you transition out of the busy day and back into yourself.
