Experience a practice that prioritizes breath and alignment over performance. Join our small, community-focused sessions in South Delhi and Gurgaon.

I guide each class with clear, intentional cues, helping you connect movement to breath. Here, we work on foundational postures, building awareness of the spine and creating energy that supports you both on and off the mat.

Confidence is built moment by moment. I provide hands-on support to help you safely explore challenging postures like this forearm stand, ensuring you feel stable and empowered as you grow in your practice.

The energy of our community is what makes each class special. This is a shot from our vibrant Saturday session at The Quorum Club in Gurgaon, where practitioners of all levels come together to move and breathe as one.

True flexibility isn't just physical; it's about surrender. In my classes, I guide you through deep releases like this assisted hip-opener, helping you let go of stored tension and find freedom in your body.

We always end with a long, deep shavasana. This is not an optional part of class; it is where the body integrates the practice, the nervous system calms, and the real magic of yoga unfolds in the stillness.

Your breath is the guide for every movement. Here, I am explaining how to use the breath to create a natural arch in the spine without force, allowing the body to open with ease and intention rather than strain.

There is a powerful life force, or 'Prana', that we cultivate together in the shala. This image captures a moment of collective energy as we move through a heart-opening sequence, feeling both relaxed and steady.

Learning inversions like Sirsasana (headstand) is a journey of trust and discipline. I guide each student step-by-step, ensuring a safe foundation so you can build the strength and confidence to go upside down.

About Featured

When you walk into my shala, you won’t find me pushing you toward the perfect pose. Instead, we focus on the foundation—the bandhas, the breath, and the length of your exhalation. My classes are structured to build sustainable strength and stillness, not just to stretch or sweat. If you are looking to understand your body’s potential rather than just making shapes, this is the space for you.

My teaching isn't about gymnastics or showing off flexibility. Whether we are practicing a dynamic Hatha flow or holding a Yin posture to release tension, the goal remains the same: to charge the body with energy and find Sthiram Sukham (stability and ease).

How We Practice

Every 75-minute session is a complete journey. We begin with Kriyas to cleanse, move into intentional Asana sequences, incorporate Pranayama to channel energy, and always conclude with a deep Shavasana. I believe this rest is non-negotiable—it is where the nervous system recalibrates and the true work integrates.

Why Join Our Shala?

We keep our batches small, capped at 8 to 12 students. This isn't just for comfort; it is to ensure I can provide hands-on adjustments that keep you safe and help you understand your own alignment. You will find us practicing in two main locations:

  • SharanYoga Shala, Panchsheel Park, South Delhi: Our primary home for morning and evening weekday sessions.
  • The Quorum Club, Gurgaon: Our community space for Saturday practice.

Whether you are dealing with past injuries, looking to improve your inversion technique, or simply want to find a sustainable rhythm in your daily life, you are welcome. This is a place to show up as you are, without judgment, and learn to breathe consciously.

I didn’t set out to be a teacher, but sharing this practice has become the most honest extension of my own journey. My mat is a space where we show up as we are—without needing to perform—to find balance and energy together.
