Kids need to move, not sit in front of screens. My classes in Rajouri Garden mix yoga and gymnastics to help them build strength, focus, and confidence—without the boring drills.

I believe in teaching with care and proper support. Here, I am guiding a young student through a supported backbend roll using a gymnastics barrel, which helps build their confidence and ensures they learn the movement safely. This is how we make advanced moves feel achievable.

With the right guidance, children can achieve incredible focus and flexibility. I'm providing hands-on assistance to a student as she perfects her Dancer Pose (Natarajasana), helping her with alignment and balance to deepen the stretch safely.

My gymnastics classes are full of dynamic and fun activities. This video shows a typical session where kids practice everything from animal walks and forward rolls to strength building on the wall bars, all in a structured and encouraging group setting.

Fitness should be filled with laughter. In my "Yoga with Fun" sessions, we mix traditional poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) with playful exercises like wall-supported leg lifts, ensuring the kids stay engaged and happy while they learn.

You can join my yoga family from anywhere in the world. This is a snapshot from one of my online kids yoga classes, where a mother and daughter are practicing together, showing that you can build a healthy routine right from the comfort of your home.

Yoga is about community and celebration. This was from our International Yoga Day event in a park, where students of all ages came together. The best moment was this playful push-up, showing that fitness can bring joy to everyone, young and old.

To be a good teacher, you must also be a dedicated student of your own practice. This is a clip of my own calisthenics training, performing a wall climb to build upper body and core strength. This discipline is what I bring to my teaching.

About Featured

Forcing kids into exercise never works, so I don't use boring drills. Instead, I turn every session into a game, whether it's balancing bottles on heads or navigating obstacle courses. We use professional-grade crash mats and Swedish ladders in my Rajouri Garden studio to keep them safe while they learn everything from basic rolls to advanced backflips.
