About Reformer & Cadillac Pilates
We keep our Reformer sessions small because precision is everything. Unlike large commercial gyms where you get lost in the crowd, we use tactile cueing to fix your alignment in real-time. Whether you are dealing with a nagging back pain or just trying to build core stability, expect to feel the difference in your very first session.
Many people assume Pilates is just gentle stretching, but our Reformer and Cadillac sessions will quickly change that mindset. These machines use spring tension to create resistance that works your muscles in ways free weights simply cannot. On the Reformer, you are dealing with a moving carriage that forces your stabilizer muscles to fire constantly, while the Cadillac, also known as the Trapeze Table, allows us to target specific weaknesses and help with deep tissue release and spinal decompression.
