About Partner & Group Training
We run our partner sessions by strict appointment to ensure the studio in Rajouri Garden stays intimate and focused. You will need to coordinate your schedule with your partner beforehand, as we do not handle walk-ins and prefer to keep our floor space reserved for your duo's dedicated flow.
Whether you are balancing in a double plank or keeping the rhythm in a synchronized reformer flow, partner training at Coreflex is about more than just burning calories. It is about shared accountability. When you train together, you push each other, laugh through the tough sets, and show up because you know someone is waiting for you on the mat.
Why Train in Pairs?

We moved away from the 'big gym' model for a reason. Here, you get actual hands-on attention. When you book a duo session, you get a trainer dedicated to you and your partner for the full 60 minutes. No distractions, no waiting for machines, just you, your buddy, and the burn. It is a space to focus, breathe, and find that stillness in motion together.
