Dance is my answer for almost everything - stress, boredom, or just wanting to feel good. I started these dance fitness sessions because I honestly can't stand the usual gym grind. Here, you get to move, laugh, and sweat without feeling like you’re being punished for eating that extra samosa.
I’ve put a lot into making the studio a pyara sa environment where you can actually chill. No judgments, no drama - just pure dance masti. Don’t worry if you’ve got two left feet or zero rhythm. Whether you’re a pro or just testing out your moves, you’ll fit right in. We’re a bunch who cheer each other on, and yes, we all end up drenched in sweat and grinning.
Our main thing is Zumba workout classes - it’s fun, gets your energy up, and is pretty effective for fat loss. Beginners are totally welcome! The steps stay easy and the mood is always upbeat. I lead every session, mixing in group dance exercise with simple routines, so you don’t have to overthink it.
There are morning and evening batches since I know Gurgaon life can get hectic. If you want a ladies only vibe, we’ve got a special batch for that, sometimes at our partner spot in Ashok Vihar. Every now and then, we even take the dance outdoors - just for a change and some fresh air.
