I always say, chase the sweat, not the shortcuts. This is what my HIIT class is all about. We use steppers and bodyweight exercises for a high-intensity session that builds real, functional strength and endurance.

Building strength and smashing goals, one rep at a time. This is a glimpse into my 8:30 am strength training class, where we use dumbbells and focused movements to build muscle and empower ourselves.

Here's a look at my clients owning their stepper workout. We incorporate weights for added resistance, performing lunges and squats to build lower body strength and stability. Every move is intentional and powerful.

I love using slam balls to revolutionize a workout. These exercises are a perfect fusion of cardio and strength training, helping you crush calories while building explosive power and a strong core.

In this workout, it's just you and the stepper. I guide my clients through focused movements like crunches and leg lifts using the stepper to increase the challenge and deliver serious results for your core.

We are always pushing limits and smashing goals, every single day. Simple but effective exercises like push-ups are a staple in my classes for building upper body and core strength.
