I always say, chase the sweat, not the shortcuts. This is what my HIIT class is all about. We use steppers and bodyweight exercises for a high-intensity session that builds real, functional strength and endurance.
Building strength and smashing goals, one rep at a time. This is a glimpse into my 8:30 am strength training class, where we use dumbbells and focused movements to build muscle and empower ourselves.

In this workout, it's just you and the stepper. I guide my clients through focused movements like crunches and leg lifts using the stepper to increase the challenge and deliver serious results for your core.
