About The World Upside Down: Inversions & Decompression
You will be surprised how quickly the hammock becomes your best friend. In these sessions, we focus on spinal decompression—think of it as a deep tissue stretch for your back that helps undo the damage from sitting at a desk all day. You do not need to be a gymnast to start; our instructors are right there to spot you, keeping you safe while you work on those upside-down poses.
When you are upside down, you are not just having fun; you are letting gravity reverse the pressure on your vertebrae. It is what we call decompression therapy, and it hits different after a long week of work. We know it sounds intimidating, but that is why we keep our batches small, usually around 8 to 10 people. This is not a factory-line fitness studio. We prioritize manual spotting and safety, so you can explore your limits without the fear of falling.
Our regulars often joke that we 'torture' them with the burn, but they keep coming back for that specific post-class glow. You will be working on grip strength, core stability, and deep stretches that are impossible on a standard mat. Whether you are here to fix your posture or just want to feel weightless, our Rajouri Garden studio is the place. We provide everything you need, from sanitized nylon hammocks to the foam blocks for support. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
