About Aerial & Rope Yoga: Find Your Wings

Wondering if you can actually hang upside down? We know it looks intimidating, but you are never left alone here. In our aerial sessions, we provide active, hands-on spotting for every inversion, so you always feel secure. For rope yoga (Kurunta), we use wall-mounted ropes and metal chairs to give you the support you need to deepen your stretches without straining your back or neck.
