About Studio Moments
You won't see staged photos or perfect gym influencers here. Every image in this gallery captures real members—people just like you—navigating their first inversions, mastering the hammock grip, or finding that floating zen moment. It’s the raw, wobbly, and rewarding process of building strength where you actually feel the burn before you get the glow.
Aerial yoga in Rajouri Garden is more than just hanging from a ceiling—it is a functional workout that uses gravity to challenge your balance, core stability, and flexibility. At Coreflex, we turn the studio into a space where movement meets therapy. Whether you are aiming for spinal decompression after long hours at a desk or looking to build upper body strength without the monotony of traditional lifting, these moments show exactly how we do it.
We focus on alignment and controlled movement. You will notice in these shots that we use sanitized, high-strength nylon tricot hammocks in red and grey, carefully rigged for safety. For beginners, the process starts with learning trust—trusting the fabric, trusting the instructor, and trusting your own body to hold its weight. It is normal to feel nervous initially, but as these photos show, the transition from 'how do I get up there?' to 'I am flying' happens quickly.
Beyond the physical, there is the mental reset. We integrate breathing techniques like Bhramari, which can shift your brain state, helping you leave the stress of the day outside our doors. Our studio atmosphere is communal; we share laughs when someone falls over and celebrate when a new pose is finally held for the first time. It is a 'safar' (journey) that we take together. If you are curious about the aerial flow, mat pilates, or just need a space to move and breathe, come by our Rajouri Garden studio. We meet you where you are, whether you are nursing an injury or looking to level up your fitness game.
