Flip your perspective and open your heart with the support of our aerial hammocks. Whether you are here to decompress your spine or deepen your flexibility, we guide you through every safe, gravity-defying movement.

Supported backbends don't have to be intimidating. Using the hammock, we safely ease into heart-opening poses, releasing tension in the upper back and improving spinal mobility.

Unlock your back’s potential with a deep, supported backbend. This practice not only enhances flexibility but also improves posture and releases stored tension.

Finding serenity while inverted. This supported headstand variation uses the hammock to build strength and stability without putting pressure on the neck.

A classic supported headstand, this pose allows you to experience the benefits of inversion, like improved focus and circulation, with complete safety.

After the festive season, backbends are a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system and flush out toxins. The hammock provides the perfect support to deepen the pose.

Finding tranquility in an inverted Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose). This pose opens the hips and groin while offering the calming benefits of being upside down.

This graceful inverted split demonstrates the incredible flexibility and strength that can be achieved through a consistent aerial practice. It’s about releasing inhibitions and finding freedom.

Working towards a more self-aware 2025. This supported downward dog variation with one leg lifted helps lengthen the spine and open the hips.

A moment of pure serenity in a supported inversion. This pose allows the spine to lengthen naturally, relieving pressure and creating a sense of calm.

A gentle inversion perfect for winter wellness. This pose helps maintain flexibility and relaxation, allowing you to connect with your body during the colder months.

About Inversions & Backbends

Going upside down for the first time can be intimidating, but our hammocks change that. In these sessions, we focus on safe alignment so your spine gets the space it needs while your hips and heart open up, all without the intensity or pressure of floor-based poses.

Find Your Balance in the Air

Anti-gravity inversions are not just for advanced acrobats. When you hang from the hammock, you are using gentle, supported gravity to decompress your vertebrae, which can be a game-changer if you sit at a desk all day. We teach you how to get into these poses slowly, ensuring your neck is always protected and your core is engaged.

The Art of Heart-Opening

Backbends are about heart-opening, both physically and emotionally. Many of us store tension in our thoracic spine from slouching or stress. We use the silk to create a stable foundation, allowing you to stretch into those deeper heart-openers with ease. It is not about how far you go, but about the release you feel. You will often hear us say, 'ab hum log fabric ko haath mein...' (now we will take the fabric in hand) to ground you before we explore these deeper ranges of motion.

Why Practice with Us?

Safety is our priority. We limit our batches to 8-10 students so that our certified trainers can provide hands-on spotting during every flip or drop. You will not be left alone to figure out the fabric. We build your confidence from the ground up, ensuring that whether you are doing a supported bridge or an inverted split, you feel secure, held, and empowered. Come as you are, and let us help you rediscover your strength in the air.
