Aerial Yoga Classes for Strength and Flexibility
Ready to fly? Our aerial yoga sessions use hammocks to build core strength and decompress your spine. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to level up your flow, we have a hammock waiting for you.
Elevate your fitness and stretch your limits with us. This clip shows how we use the hammocks for suspended planks and pull-up variations, turning a yoga session into a serious strength and conditioning workout.
This suspended warrior-like pose is a perfect example of how we build strength and stability. It requires core engagement, leg strength, and focus, all while using the hammock for balance and support.
This is what we call an aerial adventure. Watch as this client moves through a powerful sequence that tests her core and upper body strength, transitioning from a suspended lunge into a challenging inversion.
Less stress, more stretch, and a whole lot of strength. This video highlights how we use the hammock to deepen stretches and support strength-building poses, helping you elevate your mind, body, and spirit.
About Strength in the Air
Worried about falling or not being fit enough? Don't be. Every class starts with me personally spotting your moves, especially those inversions. We keep our batches super small, typically 8 to 10 people, so you get hands-on help from the moment you step into the hammock until you float into Savasana.
Aerial yoga is not just about hanging around. It is serious strength work that feels like play. We use the hammocks to take the weight off your joints while adding resistance to your planks and lunges. You will find muscles you did not know you had, and yes, the burn is real. Our regulars often joke 'Tadpaoge tadpa lo' (Torture us if you want to), but that is just because they are busy leveling up.
Beyond the physical workout, there is the therapy. Inverting helps decompress your spine, which is a lifesaver if you spend your day hunched over a laptop. We are located in Rajouri Garden, offering a safe, air-conditioned space where you can let go of the day. Whether you want to master a complex drop or just need a deep stretch, this is where you start.
