Standard Monthly CrossFit Membership
Core Training
- Daily Access: 1 hour guided sessions (6 days a week) covering warm-ups, skill work, and metabolic conditioning.
- Workout Mix: Combines Olympic lifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), gymnastics (rig work, burpees), and cardio (Concept2 Rowers, running).
- Supervision: Floor management by coaches to ensure correct form and safety.
Facility Specs
- Setup: Basement/garage-style facility in Dwarka Sector 7 with rubber gym tiling.
- Equipment: Rogue-style wall rigs, wooden plyo boxes, hex dumbbells, and bumper plates.
- Cooling: Heavy-duty wall fans and natural ventilation (No Central AC).
Progress Tracking
- Scoring: Manual whiteboard logging to track daily performance and compete with batchmates.
- Scaling: Workouts adjusted for different fitness levels (e.g., ring rows instead of pull-ups).
100-Day Transformation Package
Program Scope
- Duration: Fixed 100-day commitment (approx. 3.3 months).
- Gym Access: Includes full access to all standard daily CrossFit and Strength group classes.
Nutrition & Monitoring
- Diet Plan: Basic nutrition guidance focused on Indian home-cooked meals and protein intake.
- Tracking: Periodic weigh-ins and body measurement checks to monitor inches lost.
- Documentation: Before and after photos taken to visualize the transformation.
Accountability
- Coaching Style: High-intensity motivation with strict follow-ups on attendance.
- Cohort Format: Training alongside a specific batch of challengers for peer support.
1-on-1 Specialized Personal Training
Session Format
- Ratio: Private 1-on-1 coaching attention.
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (typically 3 sessions per week).
Technical Focus
- Specialization: Instruction in Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk) or advanced Gymnastics skills.
- Expertise: Technique correction by a certified Weightlifting referee.
- Custom Plans: Programming designed to address specific mobility restrictions or strength plateaus.

- Gym Access: This fee covers the coaching sessions; check with provider if general gym floor access is included outside session hours.

For me, gym time is more than just lifting weights. It's my dawai (medicine), my therapy, and the place I learn to move mountains (pahaad ko bhi hilane ka dam). I believe real change starts with the mind, not just the body. Pain? That's where you grow. I say, fall in love with the hustle.
CrossFit, Desi Style
I mix up every session - one day it's heavy weights, the next it's running or gymnastics moves. My version of functional fitness training is all about preparing you for life outside the gym, not just flexing in front of a mirror. Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or pushing 60, workouts are scaled for everyone.
Training Structure
- New WOD (Workout of the Day) daily to keep it fresh
- Strength work (think Deadlifts, Squats) plus metabolic conditioning routines to build real stamina
- Formats like AMRAPs, timed sets - you vs. your own limits
- Expect Olympic lifting for beginners, bodyweight moves, hard-core core work, and plenty of conditioning
