My Approach: Mindset + Muscle

For me, gym time is more than just lifting weights. It's my dawai (medicine), my therapy, and the place I learn to move mountains (pahaad ko bhi hilane ka dam). I believe real change starts with the mind, not just the body. Pain? That's where you grow. I say, fall in love with the hustle.

CrossFit, Desi Style

I mix up every session - one day it's heavy weights, the next it's running or gymnastics moves. My version of functional fitness training is all about preparing you for life outside the gym, not just flexing in front of a mirror. Doesn't matter if you're a beginner or pushing 60, workouts are scaled for everyone.

Training Structure

  • New WOD (Workout of the Day) daily to keep it fresh
  • Strength work (think Deadlifts, Squats) plus metabolic conditioning routines to build real stamina
  • Formats like AMRAPs, timed sets - you vs. your own limits
  • Expect Olympic lifting for beginners, bodyweight moves, hard-core core work, and plenty of conditioning

Community Vibes

We warm up, work, and cheer together. Yeh family hai (this is family). Nobody gets left behind. That josh (energy) you feel - it's real.

Extra Mile

If you're ready for a real challenge, I run a 100-Day Transformation program. Can't come to Dwarka? No stress, I also offer online CrossFit classes and personal training.

My Story

Radhe Radhe. Hum The Fitness Box waale hain - log humein CrossFit coach, weightlifting expert, yoga teacher bolte hain, par asli mein hum sab zindagi ke students hain. Gym hamare liye sirf loha nahi, therapy hai. Yahan mindset banta hai jo pahad hila de. Hamare saath jo train karte hain, woh sirf client nahi - woh family hai. Haar bhi hoti hai, par hum ek dusre ko uthate hain, naya josh leke aage badhte hain. Yahi hamari philosophy hai.
