About Our Community: The AFC Squad
Most gyms feel like a lonely grind, but here, our Saturday sessions are where the real progress happens. You will see everyone, from absolute beginners to regular athletes, pushing each other to finish those final reps. It is not just about the sweat; it is about having a squad that makes showing up on a weekend morning feel like the best part of your week.
We believe that training is a svadharma, or sacred duty, but doing it alone is tough. That is why the AFC Squad exists. Located in Sector 106, Gurugram, our 4,500 sq. ft. box is designed for collective effort, not just individual gains. When you join our community workouts, you are not just getting a training session; you are joining a group that celebrates every personal record as a team win.
Why does this matter? Accountability is the secret sauce for consistency. Whether you are prepping for a Hyrox race, learning Olympic lifts, or just starting your fitness journey, having a supportive crew keeps you coming back. We see members who walked in with zero experience hitting new personal bests in squatting and thrusters because they had the right encouragement from the coaches and the peers around them.

I am Rishabh, and I run Adapt Fitness Club to be more than just a place to lift heavy things. I coach every session myself because I want to make sure you get the technique right while building the discipline to show up daily.
