Mindset Before Muscles
This isn't just gym time for me - yeh mera therapy hai (this is my medicine). Strength training is more than pushing weights, it's about building a tough mindset that makes you unstoppable. You'll start to love the struggle, even the dard (pain), and that's where real growth happens.
How I Coach
No shortcuts. DREAM + WORK = SUCCESS. Parishram ka koi vikalp nahi hota (hard work is the only route). My coaching is all about consistent effort and honest feedback. If you want easy results, sorry, that's not my style.
What We Train
- Olympic weightlifting coaching: Snatch, Clean & Jerk, plus drills like Power Snatches and Overhead Squats. Beginners welcome, I teach everything from the ground up.
- Powerlifting technique tips: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift. Structured programs to break plateaus and crush personal records.
- Strength and conditioning for beginners and pros: Push, Pull, Leg days, mixing barbells, dumbbells, and core work for full-body strength.
For Future Champs
Dreaming of state-level weightlifting prep or national competitions? I've trained Delhi’s national team. Losing is normal, quitting isn't. Hum haarenge, par wapas uthenge naye josh ke saath (We might lose, but we'll rise up with new energy).

Radhe Radhe. Hum The Fitness Box waale hain - log humein CrossFit coach, weightlifting expert, yoga teacher bolte hain, par asli mein hum sab zindagi ke students hain. Gym hamare liye sirf loha nahi, therapy hai. Yahan mindset banta hai jo pahad hila de. Hamare saath jo train karte hain, woh sirf client nahi - woh family hai. Haar bhi hoti hai, par hum ek dusre ko uthate hain, naya josh leke aage badhte hain. Yahi hamari philosophy hai.
