Transformation Challenges in Dwarka
We do not sell shortcuts or quick fixes. Our 60 and 100-day challenges are for those ready to trade excuses for sweat, discipline, and consistent, hard-earned results.
Day 11 of our 100-day transformation challenge. This session included overhead squats for mobility and strength, followed by planks for core stability. Consistency is key.
Day 8 of the 100-day transformation challenge. We're working on split jerks to build overhead power and weighted planks to increase core strength.
Day 7 of the 100-day transformation challenge. The workout included barbell cleans to build explosive power and decline sit-ups for abdominal strength.
Day 29 of a transformation challenge. The group is working hard on barbell cleans and wall-facing handstand holds, building strength and skill over time.
Day 21 of our 60-day transformation challenge. The Sanskrit phrase here means "Success is achieved by effort," which is the core philosophy of our challenges.
Day 17 of the 60-day transformation challenge. This workout included weighted lunges for leg strength and box dips for triceps. Every day is a step forward.
