This is for anyone looking to build all-around functional strength and fitness. I use a mix of push, pull, and leg day workouts, combining barbell and dumbbell exercises with high-intensity metabolic conditioning (Metcon). These sessions are designed to make you stronger, leaner, and more athletic.
