I’m Coach Superman, ranked 4th in India for Olympic weightlifting. This gym is my karmabhoomi. My style isn’t about shortcuts or fancy talk - I’m here to turn pain into power and make you a serious athlete. Discipline is my mantra, not just for training but for life.
Olympic weightlifting is much more than just “lifting heavy.” It’s all about explosive power, flexibility, and mastering the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. These lifts are tough - you need speed, technique, and guts. I break down every movement till it feels natural, drilling the snatch (classic, hang, power) and teaching you to move like a cheetah or a lion in the Clean & Jerk.
You can’t lift big with weak basics. My programming is heavy on squats, deadlifts, and strict presses. This is how I build your strength foundation for lifters - so you see actual progress on the platform.
I push hard, but I don’t ignore you. I watch every rep, fix your form, and guide you through custom training plans. We’re not just a gym - we’re the BarbellBoss community. Yahan sab ek dusre ko support karte hain. (Here, everyone supports each other.)
