- Customized Diet Chart: 4-week nutrition plan tailored to bulking or shredding goals using Indian ingredients like Soya, Paneer, Chicken breast, and Rice. Adjustments made bi-weekly.
- Workout Routine: Detailed exercise split provided in PDF or Text format focusing on hypertrophy and compound movements.
- Supplementation: Recommendations for basic stacks including Whey, Creatine, and Multivitamins based on budget.
Coaching & Support
- Weekly Check-ins: One scheduled progress review per week to analyze weight logs and physique photos.
- Form Analysis: Review of client-submitted workout videos to correct lifting technique remotely.
- Accountability: Direct text support for daily queries regarding food substitutions or equipment alternatives.
In-Person 1-on-1 Gym Training
Training Delivery
- Session Frequency: Includes 12 to 16 supervised sessions per month (3 to 4 days per week).
- Hands-on Spotting: Safety support for heavy compound lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) allowing clients to train to failure safely.
- Form Correction: Immediate cues to fix posture and engagement during lifts.
- Gym Access: Service fee excludes gym membership. Client must hold a membership at the specific branch (Dwarka or Alwar).
Holistic Management
- Goal-Specific Nutrition: Full diet planning aligned with physical training intensity.
- Recovery: Guidance on post-workout recovery, stretching, and introduction to methods like ice baths.
- Tracking: Weekly body measurement and weight tracking done personally.
Powerlifting & Strength Competition Prep
Technical Coaching
- The Big Three Focus: Specialized programming dedicated strictly to Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
- Technique Overhaul: Micro-adjustments to grip, stance, arch, and bracing to maximize mechanical advantage.
- Periodized Programming: Structured training blocks covering Volume, Hypertrophy, and Peaking designed for a specific target date.
Competition Prep
- Meet Day Strategy: Guidance on attempt selection (Opener, 2nd, 3rd attempts) and warm-up timing.
- Weight Class Management: Protocols for water loading or cutting to make weight for specific competition classes.
- Gear Guidance: Advice on selecting and using powerlifting belts, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps effectively.

My Approach: No Shortcuts, Only Strength
Konya honi mhari rees re (No one can match my grind). I believe in real mehnat (hard work) and building taakat (strength) from the inside out. I’ve gone from 65kg to 92kg myself, and I know what it takes. As a competitive powerlifter with state-level gold medals, I don’t believe in shortcuts - only honest effort and Bajrang Bali’s blessings.

Whatever you want - bulking up, shredding fat, pure strength, or a full body transformation journey - I’ve got you. I offer both online and offline personal fitness training. My plans are not copy-paste. I’ll share the exact custom diet plans for muscle gain and workouts that worked for me, but tweaked for your body and your goals.
- Powerlifting coaching for beginners: I’ll teach you the big three lifts (squat, bench, deadlift), whether you’re just starting or want to compete.
- Strength training for weight loss: Get lean, but stay strong. No starving, no weakness.
How We Train
Dheela nahi padna (No slacking off). In-person, I’m right there, spotting, correcting, and pushing you for every rep. Online, I’ll give you a plan based on your equipment, regular check-ins, and diet charts. You’ll hear ‘Chal shabash!’ a lot - I celebrate every bit of progress.
Fuel & Recovery
Training is half the game. I’ll set up practical nutrition and recovery routines, including ice baths and smart rest, so you actually grow stronger.

My Story
Jai Shree Ram! Main Gaurav. Gym mera second home hai. 2021 mein bas 65kg tha, patla sa. Phir socha, kuch karna hai. Bajrang Bali ka naam, mehnat ka dum - 2 saal mein 92kg ho gaya. State level powerlifting mein medals bhi jeete. Log sirf body dekhte hain, pasina nahi. Maa sabse important hai, doston ke saath pahadon mein ghoomna bhi. Life mein balance zaroori hai, bas.
