My Approach: No Shortcuts, Only Strength

Konya honi mhari rees re (No one can match my grind). I believe in real mehnat (hard work) and building taakat (strength) from the inside out. I’ve gone from 65kg to 92kg myself, and I know what it takes. As a competitive powerlifter with state-level gold medals, I don’t believe in shortcuts - only honest effort and Bajrang Bali’s blessings.

Your Goal, My Plan

Whatever you want - bulking up, shredding fat, pure strength, or a full body transformation journey - I’ve got you. I offer both online and offline personal fitness training. My plans are not copy-paste. I’ll share the exact custom diet plans for muscle gain and workouts that worked for me, but tweaked for your body and your goals.

  • Powerlifting coaching for beginners: I’ll teach you the big three lifts (squat, bench, deadlift), whether you’re just starting or want to compete.
  • Strength training for weight loss: Get lean, but stay strong. No starving, no weakness.

How We Train

Dheela nahi padna (No slacking off). In-person, I’m right there, spotting, correcting, and pushing you for every rep. Online, I’ll give you a plan based on your equipment, regular check-ins, and diet charts. You’ll hear ‘Chal shabash!’ a lot - I celebrate every bit of progress.

Fuel & Recovery

Training is half the game. I’ll set up practical nutrition and recovery routines, including ice baths and smart rest, so you actually grow stronger.

My Story

Jai Shree Ram! Main Gaurav. Gym mera second home hai. 2021 mein bas 65kg tha, patla sa. Phir socha, kuch karna hai. Bajrang Bali ka naam, mehnat ka dum - 2 saal mein 92kg ho gaya. State level powerlifting mein medals bhi jeete. Log sirf body dekhte hain, pasina nahi. Maa sabse important hai, doston ke saath pahadon mein ghoomna bhi. Life mein balance zaroori hai, bas.

Custom diet and Navratri weight loss diet - Har client ke liye alag diet, Navratri weight loss diet bhi banata hoon. Online nutrition guidance available hai.

Recovery therapies - Chiropractic aur cupping therapy for recovery. Gym ke baad body ko sahi rakhna bhi zaroori hai.
