Monthly Group Yoga & Mobility
Core Schedule & Format
- Frequency: Access to daily scheduled Yoga and Mobility batches (5-6 days a week).
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes of intense, flow-based instruction.
- Class Mix: Includes traditional Hatha/Asana (Sun Salutations, Warrior series) and Mobility Drills using PVC pipes/plates to open shoulders and hips.
- Active Recovery: Sessions dedicated to flushing out lactic acid after heavy strength training.
Facility & Vibe
- Environment: Industrial aesthetic (The Box) with wall-mounted fans and natural ventilation. No central AC.
- Flooring: Heavy-duty black rubber gym tiles with personal yoga mats placed on top.
- Crowd: High-energy group environment with closely packed rows.
Coaching Style
- Instruction: Hinglish command-style coaching with high-volume vocal motivation.
- Correction: Coach actively walks the floor for physical posture correction (tactile cueing).
- Props: Utilization of resistance bands, wall support, and foam rollers.
Quarterly Yoga Transformation Program
Program Structure
- Access: Full access to all Group Yoga, Mobility, and Recovery classes for 3 months.
- Challenges: Entry into gym-wide transformation challenges (e.g., 22 or 60-day challenges) to foster accountability.
- Tracking: Periodic check-ins on flexibility milestones, such as toe-touch depth or plank duration.
Holistic Support
- Nutrition: Basic Desi diet advice focusing on whole foods and vegetarian sources (Eat/Sleep/Train model).
- Mental Conditioning: Exposure to mindset building talks focusing on discipline and mental toughness.
- Community: Inclusion in community events like International Yoga Day celebrations and festival poojas.
1-on-1 Assisted Stretch & Rehab
Service Scope
- Format: Dedicated 1-on-1 session with the coach, separate from group classes.
- Duration: 30 to 45 minutes of focused manual therapy.
- Technique: Uses PNF (Contract-Relax method) and manual manipulation where the coach physically moves limbs to achieve depth.
Target Goals
- Injury Management: Focus on tight hips, frozen shoulders, or stiff lower backs caused by sedentary habits or heavy lifting.
- Advanced Prep: Assistance in achieving advanced postures like Headstand or full splits using the coach as a spotter.
- Decompression: Assisted spinal traction and hanging maneuvers to release back tension.

- Active Recovery Sessions: Light movement, jogging, and poses like Downward-Facing Dog for smart recovery - not a lazy day, but a necessary one.

Radhe Radhe. Hum The Fitness Box waale hain - log humein CrossFit coach, weightlifting expert, yoga teacher bolte hain, par asli mein hum sab zindagi ke students hain. Gym hamare liye sirf loha nahi, therapy hai. Yahan mindset banta hai jo pahad hila de. Hamare saath jo train karte hain, woh sirf client nahi - woh family hai. Haar bhi hoti hai, par hum ek dusre ko uthate hain, naya josh leke aage badhte hain. Yahi hamari philosophy hai.
