Strength and Conditioning Programs
I don't just train you to lift; I train you to handle the heavy stuff, inside and outside the gym. My strength and conditioning sessions mix barbell work with metabolic conditioning to build real, functional power.
A strength and conditioning day focused on shoulders. The workout includes a shoulder complex of shoulder press, push press, and push jerk, followed by a tough AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) to build muscular endurance.
This session combines strength with calisthenics. We work on high pulls to build explosive power in the upper back, paired with hang flutter kicks to develop core strength and stability.
A classic back day workout. We use exercises like the T-bar row for thickness and GHD hyper extensions to strengthen the entire posterior chain, from your hamstrings to your upper back.
This is a push day focused on building the chest, shoulders, and triceps. The workout includes dumbbell bench press for strength and dumbbell kickbacks for tricep isolation.
A pull day workout featuring weighted good mornings to strengthen the lower back and hamstrings. The session finishes with a high-intensity circuit of pull-ups, ring dips, and planks for time.
This strength and conditioning workout starts with a power clean and push press complex. It's followed by a core-focused circuit to build a solid midsection that supports all other lifts.
A push day workout designed to build upper body pressing strength. We start with seated military press and finish with an intense core circuit including toes-to-bar and plank holds.
A simple but effective workout focusing on shoulder press for strength and a variety of crunches for core development. This is a great example of our targeted approach to building a balanced physique.
Strength and speed are the keys to fitness. Here you can see clients of all ages working on their squat strength, proving that it's never too late to start getting stronger.
All progress takes place outside the comfort zone. This session shows clients pushing themselves with split jerks and cleans, combining technical lifts with conditioning.
About Strength & Conditioning
At The Fitness Box, we train in a raw, warehouse-style environment with industrial fans and heavy-duty rubber flooring. You aren't here for fancy AC or machines that do the work for you. You are here to lift, pull, and sweat through 60-minute workouts that combine compound barbell movements like deadlifts with high-intensity intervals designed to break plateaus.
Strength and conditioning is about building a body that works for you. I structure these sessions to move past the mirror muscles and into actual performance. You will work through disciplined cycles of push, pull, and leg days. We use the barbell as our primary tool—squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—because these movements demand total-body engagement.
But strength without endurance is limited. That is why I layer in metabolic conditioning (Metcon). You will finish your lifts with circuits of rowing, box jumps, and burpees, ensuring your heart rate stays high and your muscular endurance climbs. This is not about mindless cardio. It is about preparing your body to recover quickly and handle high-volume training.
Why this works:
- Technical Integrity: I supervise every set. If your deadlift form breaks down, we correct it before we add weight.
- Raw Environment: The gym is a workspace, not a lounge. We keep the shutters open and use industrial fans to keep the focus purely on training.
- Progressive Overload: We track your numbers. If you lift the same weight for three months, you are not growing. We push for 2.5kg or 5kg increases, hitting new personal records while maintaining strict form.
If you are looking for a place to hide in the corner on an elliptical, this is not it. If you want to sweat, learn how to lift properly, and actually see your strength numbers go up on the whiteboard, you are in the right place.

I am Neeraj. For me, the gym is my therapy and my medicine. I do not care if you have never touched a barbell; I only care that you show up ready to work, because that is where the real change happens.
