Stop guessing with your lifting routine. We strip away the fluff and focus entirely on mastering the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Whether you are aiming for a personal record or building a rock-solid foundation, this is where you earn your strength.

A full body workout centered around heavy back squats. We use a progressive overload scheme like 10-10-7-7-5 to consistently build leg and core strength.

This is an upper body bodybuilding day, focusing on strength and hypertrophy. We start with the foundation, the bench press, and follow it with accessory work like seated barbell curls for complete development.

Day 1 of a new program, starting with stiff-leg deadlifts to target the hamstrings and posterior chain. We pair our main lifts with core work like the hollow hold and superman hold for a stable foundation.

Leg day is non-negotiable for building overall strength. Here, we're working on front squats to target the quads and upper back, followed by a metcon of rowing and wall balls to build endurance.

The deadlift is the ultimate test of total body strength. Here are two of my clients working on their deadlift form, a cornerstone of our powerlifting and CrossFit programs.

A little ego is good for you. It pushes you to lift what you thought was impossible. Here I am setting up for a heavy deadlift, a lift that is as much mental as it is physical.

A pull day workout starting with power cleans to build explosive strength. This is followed by core holds like the plank to ensure the entire body is working together.

About Powerlifting Fundamentals

When you are under the bar, you aren't fighting the weights; you are fighting your own limits. In this cluster, I don't just watch you lift—I step in to correct your bracing or stance the moment your form slips on a heavy set. We use warehouse-grade Bullrock equipment here because when you are pushing for a new personal record, you need gear that doesn't buckle under the pressure.

Master the Big Three

Powerlifting isn't about lifting the most weight in the gym; it's about lifting it the right way. My approach to the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift is built on technical precision. If you are struggling to break through a plateau, it is rarely because you aren't strong enough—it is usually a breakdown in your biomechanics. We spend time on the basics, like proper foot placement for the deadlift or controlling the descent in your squat, ensuring you build strength that transfers to real life.

Why Technique Matters

I treat strength training as a skill. You might see heavy loading in our videos, but you will also see constant feedback. I use immediate video analysis to show you exactly where you are losing power—whether it is knee caving during squats or rounding your back on deadlifts. We don't chase numbers at the expense of your health. We chase longevity.

The Training Environment

At The Fitness Box in Dwarka, we keep it raw. No AC, no fancy machines, just iron and focus. This environment is designed to cut out the distractions. When you walk in, you are here to work. Whether you are a total beginner who has never touched a barbell or an intermediate lifter stuck at 100kg on the bench, my programming is designed to push you past your current limits safely. We use periodization cycles to manage your fatigue and recovery, ensuring you are hitting your peak when it matters most.

I am Neeraj, and I built The Fitness Box because I wanted a space where 'hard work' wasn't just a marketing line. Here, we treat strength training like a craft—every rep matters, every set counts, and we show up to lift, not to look pretty in the mirror.
