If I say two extra reps, you do two extra reps. Discipline and trust are non-negotiable. We use strength foundation training and CrossFit transformation challenge techniques - barbell lifts, Olympic moves, intense metcon, and bodyweight drills. Your workouts will be planned, tough, and always different.

No shortcut - diet is half the battle. I set strict nutrition plans. Mobility and stretching sessions are a must; recovery is built in.
