We do not believe in fancy air-conditioned gyms with distractions. My facility in Dwarka Sector 7 is a raw, garage-style setup because that is where real work happens. When you walk in, you are not just a client; you are part of a family that pushes through the same heavy squats and CrossFit circuits.
