100-Day Transformation Challenge at The Fitness Box
Not a quick fix, but a 100-day commitment to build a mountain-moving mindset. Join our community in Dwarka for a program that focuses on real, measurable results.
Day 1 of the challenge. We start with foundational movements like the stiff-leg deadlift and core holds like the hollow hold and superman hold to build a solid base.
Day 3: Focusing on conditioning and core. This workout included machine cardio on the SkiErg and a solid planking session to build endurance.
Day 4 is Leg Day. We build strength with heavy back squats and finish with core work like plank side hip twists. Strong legs are the foundation of all strength.
Day 6: A full-on CrossFit Day tackling the brutal 'Murph' workout. This is a test of pure grit, involving running, pull-ups, pushups, and squats.
Day 7 of the 100-day challenge. The grind continues with a mix of barbell deadlifts and bench sit-ups, building total body strength.
Day 8 of the transformation. Members are working on split jerks and weighted planks, constantly adding new challenges to their routine.
Day 8 is a Pull Day. The focus is on strength with heavy cleans, followed by a 2-minute plank hold to build core endurance.
Day 9 of the challenge. The energy is high with running drills and barbell work. Consistency is the key to transformation.
Day 9 is Push Day. We build upper body strength with exercises like the seated military press and finish with a tough core circuit.
Day 10 is Leg Day. This session was built around heavy front squats for strength and a high-intensity metcon with rowing and wall ball shots.
About 100-Day Transformation Challenge
This isn't a 30-day magic trick. My 100-day program is a commitment to 3.3 months of structured training, where we document every single rep and track your progress through bi-weekly measurements. You get a set cohort of challengers to train with, so you are never doing it alone. You will be following a strict schedule of CrossFit sessions combined with basic nutritional guidance focused on home-cooked meals, no complicated fad diets, just real effort.
Beyond The Scale
Most people think fitness is just about shedding kilos, but that is the wrong approach. My 100-day transformation challenge at The Fitness Box is designed to build a 'mountain-moving' mindset. We focus on CrossFit movements, Olympic weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning, but the real work happens in your head.
What To Expect
- Structured Tracking: We use the whiteboard to log daily performance. You will see exactly how your strength and stamina improve from Day 1 to Day 100.
- Accountability: This is a cohort-based program. Training alongside the same group of people means you get peer support, and I keep a strict eye on your attendance.
- The Diet Plan: I don't believe in starving yourself with expensive, exotic foods. We focus on high-protein, home-cooked Indian meals that you can actually sustain.
- Scaling: Whether you are a beginner or pushing 60, we scale every workout. You don't need to be fit to start, you just need the willingness to show up.
We train in a raw, garage-style environment in Dwarka Sector 7. No air conditioning, just heavy-duty fans and plenty of sweat. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start embracing the pain, come join the family.
