We use a whiteboard to track performance, meaning you will always have batchmates pushing you to beat your own limits while we cheer you on.
Fitness in Delhi often feels solitary, but we do things differently here. My philosophy is simple: the gym is my therapy, and the community is the fuel. We do not believe in vanity training; we believe in functional fitness that prepares you for real life. Inside our Sector 7 Dwarka setup, you will find the vibe is garage-style and raw. We use Rogue-style rigs, bumper plates, and heavy-duty fans—no central AC, just hard work and natural ventilation. Our CrossFit community is not built for elite athletes only; it is for everyone, from beginners to those pushing 60. What really sets us apart is the culture of support. The 100-Day Transformation Challenge is not just about weight loss; it is about holding each other accountable. We document progress, share meal guidance, and keep the energy high.
