For me, the gym is therapy, it's my dawai (medicine). It's where I build a mindset that has the power to move mountains. This philosophy is at the core of every session I coach.

I lead by example. This is me demonstrating the two key phases of an Olympic lift: the clean into a front squat, and the powerful overhead snatch. Mastering these movements is a journey of strength and technique that I guide my clients through.

What is a CrossFit Day like? It can be something intense like the 'Murph' hero workout. This full-body challenge combines running, pull-ups, pushups, and squats to build serious endurance and mental toughness.

It's not all about lifting heavy. We also build strength and control through gymnastics. Here, I'm coaching a client on her handstand, a great way to develop core stability and body awareness.

What is CrossFit? It's constantly varied functional movements. One moment we are warming up with a run, the next we are building strength with dumbbell curls. Every class is different to keep your body guessing and growing.

Look, if you are searching for central AC, mirrors, and fancy amenities, this isn't that place. This is a basement garage setup in Dwarka Sector 7 where we focus strictly on functional movements—Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. We keep the environment raw because that is the only way to build real stamina. Every WOD is scaled, so whether you have never touched a barbell or you are already lifting heavy, you will work just as hard.

This isn't about looking good in photos; it is about becoming capable. At The Fitness Box, we operate on a simple philosophy: movement is medicine. When you step into our facility, you are not just a member, you are part of a cohort. We follow a CrossFit methodology that is constantly varied and designed to push your physiological limits.

What you will find here is a 'no-nonsense' training environment. We have Rogue-style wall rigs, bumper plates, and plyo boxes. You won't find central AC, but you will find heavy-duty fans and a ventilation system that keeps the air moving while we are working. Our workouts mix Olympic lifting (snatch, clean and jerk), gymnastics (handstands, rig work), and cardio—like rowing or running.

We track everything. You will see your daily performance on the whiteboard. It is you against the clock, and you against your own limits. If you are a beginner, do not worry about the intensity; I scale every movement to fit your current fitness level. We teach technique first, safety always.
