Here is one of our dedicated members executing a perfect drop snatch. I train everyone, from beginners to aspiring athletes, focusing on proper technique to build real, functional strength safely.

For me, the gym is therapy, it's my dawai (medicine). It's where I build a mindset that has the power to move mountains. This philosophy is at the core of every session I coach.

I lead by example. This is me demonstrating the two key phases of an Olympic lift: the clean into a front squat, and the powerful overhead snatch. Mastering these movements is a journey of strength and technique that I guide my clients through.

What is a CrossFit Day like? It can be something intense like the 'Murph' hero workout. This full-body challenge combines running, pull-ups, pushups, and squats to build serious endurance and mental toughness.

It's not all about lifting heavy. We also build strength and control through gymnastics. Here, I'm coaching a client on her handstand, a great way to develop core stability and body awareness.

What is CrossFit? It's constantly varied functional movements. One moment we are warming up with a run, the next we are building strength with dumbbell curls. Every class is different to keep your body guessing and growing.

This is a basement garage setup in Dwarka Sector 7 where we focus strictly on functional movements—Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. We keep the environment raw because that is the only way to build real stamina. Every WOD is scaled, so whether you have never touched a barbell or you are already lifting heavy, you will work just as hard.
