Strength & Olympic Lifting

This is where we build raw power. I offer specialized coaching in both powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift) and the more technical Olympic lifts (snatch, clean and jerk). Whether you want to get brutally strong or master explosive movements, this is the place.

Bodyweight & Gymnastics Skills

Strength isn't just about lifting weights, it's about controlling your own body. We integrate gymnastics movements, core stability exercises, and agility drills into our training. From your first pull-up to handstand walks, I'll guide you through the progressions.

Our Community: The Fitness Box Family
