Core Coaching

Station Drills
- Sled Push/Pull: Optimizing body angle and grip on 10-15m turf to move 100kg+ loads.
- Wall Balls: Squat depth and release timing correction using 6kg/9kg balls.
- Sandbag Lunges: Core bracing and balance techniques with 10kg/20kg bags.
Race Strategy
- Compromised Running: Drills for running mechanics immediately after heavy leg work.
- Ergometer Efficiency: Rower stroke rate and drag factor adjustments.
- Pacing: Guidance on heart rate zones and when to conserve energy.
Environment
- Garage gym style setup in Sector 99, Noida.
- Open ventilation with industrial fans (non AC) to simulate actual race sweat conditions.
Small Group Hyrox Circuit
Workout Format
- 60 minute high intensity circuit (MetCon) aiming for high reps and minimal rest.
- Training in a squad of 2 to 4 athletes with a competitive atmosphere.
- Pre designed "Workout of the Day" tailored for Hyrox preparedness (AMRAPs or EMOMs).
Functional Stations
- Cardio & Strength: Rowing sprints, Burpee broad jumps, and heavy Farmers Carry (24kg/32kg).
- Turf Access: Shared rotation on the artificial turf strip for Sled Push/Pull work.
- Equipment: Usage of battle ropes, plyometric boxes, and free weights.

- Group supervision focusing on safety and maintaining intensity.
- Focuses on work capacity building rather than deep technical dissection.

I’m Coach Superman, and I train Hyrox athletes to break limits – not just finish the race. My background in Olympic weightlifting (ranked 4th nationally) means I know how to build power from the ground up, not just cardio. If you want shortcuts or easy wins, this isn’t your spot. But if you’re ready for sweat, discipline, and a bit of pain that makes you stronger, then we’re speaking the same language.
What You’ll Get
- Relentless cardio drills – we’ll get your running and rowing game so strong, the machines start feeling easy.
- Sled push training and pulls on real turf, real sleds, with real grit.
- Power moves drilled in – wall balls, burpees, sandbag lunges, kettlebell carries. We’ll do them till your body just knows.
- Olympic lifts: snatch, clean & jerk, squats, deadlifts. This is where real explosive strength happens for a hybrid athlete program.
