About Guided Meditation & Mindfulness
What We Offer
I help people find calm and clarity through guided meditation. Whether you're new or already into mindfulness, you’ll fit right in. My sessions mix Tibetan Mahayana meditation techniques with practical methods to quiet the mind and build compassion, but you don’t have to be Buddhist to join.
How It Works
- Online guided meditation sessions happen twice a week, lasting about 15-20 minutes. Easy to join, easy to stick with.
- If you want to level up, I run courses and workshops (sometimes in-person in Bangalore, sometimes online) where we get into Lamrim and Lojong practices, plus basics like posture and how to start.
- For something specific, I do themed practices too - Medicine Buddha meditation for healing, Tonglen for compassion, and mindful stress relief walks in nature.
Who Guides You
Sessions are led by experienced teachers, including monks and senior practitioners. You get authentic guidance, not just a random script. Sometimes the group has a mix of beginners and long-timers, so you learn from each other too.
Our Community
I run on donations, and nobody gets turned away because of money. You’ll find a friendly, open group here. If you’re looking for a space to genuinely practice mindfulness and meditation, this is it.

My Story
Namaste, we’re CKSL, though most friends just call us that. Right in the heart of Bangalore, we started out wanting a peaceful corner to share Buddhist wisdom. Life’s noisy, so we offer a spot to breathe, learn, and just be. Our Dharma Family keeps growing – online, offline, all sorts. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or know your way around a mala, just walk in, bring your folks, or join us from home. All are welcome, always. Bhavatu Sarva Mangalam.
