Whether you are exploring meditation for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice, we invite you to join our community. Our sessions are led by monks and senior practitioners, offering a space to cultivate calm and compassion, accessible both in-person in Domlur and online.

An invitation to our "Let's Talk!" group discussion on the topic of Mind & Meditation. Led by a senior student, this is an opportunity to examine and discuss the teachings with your Sangha.

An invitation to our evening of Sutra reading and Shakyamuni Buddha meditation on the auspicious day of Choe Khor Du Chen. Join us online to commemorate the first turning of the wheel of Dharma.

A weekend with Venerable Gyalten Rabten, featuring a Medicine Buddha Sadhana for healing and the first session of our "Meditation Essentials" course. Registration is required for the course.

If you are looking for more depth, our intensive weekend workshops and structured courses on Lamrim offer systematic guidance on how to manage emotions and develop consistent concentration, with options to join from our Domlur centre or via Zoom.
