I don’t believe meditation is about chasing a blank mind. For me, it’s about showing up for yourself, even when your thoughts are all over the place. I help you learn how to sit with your mind, not fight it. Anything can be meditation - folding clothes, walking, or just breathing for a minute.

How I Guide You

  • If you’re new or have struggled before, I’ll walk you through simple ways to start. No pressure to “do it right.” We’ll set up a calming space and try techniques to observe your thoughts, not battle them.
  • I show you how to bring everyday mindfulness techniques into your routine. Mindful walking practice, turning chores into moments of presence, and journaling to clear your head are all part of what we do.
  • I use guided affirmation meditation and mantras like ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ to help you shift your energy. We’ll repeat, write, and feel these words together.

When It Gets Tough

Meditation isn’t always peaceful. You might feel restless, sleepy, or your mind might race. That’s normal. I’ll help you accept whatever comes up, no judgment.

Hi, I'm Priyanka. When I started meditating, I thought I'd find instant peace. But my head was just chaos - to-do lists, old memories, random stuff.
