About this collection
We design our programs to be modular so you can fit them into a busy week. You can join our 15-minute weekday meditations for a quick reset or enrol in our multi-week Saturday 'Grounds and Paths' courses for a structured study of Buddhist philosophy.
Our schedule reflects the rhythm of our community life at Choe Khor Sum Ling. We offer a hybrid model for almost all our teachings, allowing you to attend in-person at our Domlur centre or join via Zoom if you are joining from outside Bangalore.
Weekly Rhythms
We host regular weekday sessions that act as a steady anchor for your practice. These include short, guided meditations that focus on concentration and mindfulness—perfect for those juggling work and home life. These sessions are designed to be accessible, requiring no prior experience with Buddhism.
Weekend Intensive Courses
For those looking to deepen their understanding, we curate structured courses like our 'Happiness Series' or 'Grounds and Paths' classes. These weekend programs run over several weeks and provide a systematic study of the Lamrim, or the 'Stages of the Path to Enlightenment.' We recommend attending these consecutively to get the most out of the curriculum, as each session builds on the last.
Community & Special Events
Beyond regular classes, our schedule includes pujas, student-led discussions, and special community events like mindful tree walks and celebrations of auspicious days. These are less about study and more about connection, offering a space to meet fellow practitioners and share in our 'Dharma Family' spirit.
Staying Updated
Because our schedule changes monthly and we occasionally introduce new retreat-style teachings or guest speakers, we keep our WhatsApp community active. It is the best place to receive real-time Zoom links, updates on session changes, and notifications about upcoming workshops.
Choe Khor Sum Ling
We are a Tibetan Buddhist community based in Domlur, here to share the Dharma. Whether you are curious about meditation or looking for deep philosophical study, our space is open to everyone.
