About this collection
Our courses do not just offer theory; they provide a systematic path for navigating modern life. Whether we are exploring the Lamrim or the Four Noble Truths, our sessions are designed to be practical—giving you actionable mental tools to build resilience, clarity, and compassion that you can apply as soon as you step off the cushion.
A Systematic Path for the Mind
We organize our foundational programs around the Lamrim (Stages of the Path to Enlightenment). This approach is helpful because it organizes the Buddha’s teachings into a step-by-step framework, preventing the overwhelm that often comes with trying to study complex philosophy in isolation.
What You Can Expect
Our courses range from introductory series like "Practical Buddhism for Everyday Life" to deeper explorations of topics such as Karma and Ethics, Guru Devotion, and the Nature of Reality.
We focus on creating a learning environment rather than just a lecture hall. Registered students receive study materials, access to recorded archives for revision, and the opportunity to engage in Q&A sessions with our teachers. This ensures that the teachings translate from intellectual understanding into actual practice.
Join Us, Wherever You Are
We operate on a hybrid model to keep the Dharma accessible.
- In-Person: Join us in our dedicated meditation hall in Domlur, Bangalore, where you can connect with our Sangha and use our library.
- Online: If you are attending from elsewhere, our Zoom sessions offer the same quality of instruction and interaction.
We believe in the accessibility of these teachings. Consequently, our courses are donation-based, and we ensure no one is turned away for a lack of funds. Whether you are completely new to Buddhism or have been practicing for years, our community is here to support your journey.
