About Online Yoga & Meditation Classes
Yoga for Real People, Real Life
For me, yoga isn’t just about twisting into fancy shapes or showing off on the mat. I look at it as something lived - a way to grow roots, bit by bit, like a banyan tree. This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about feeling more at home in your own skin.
Who Can Join?
Everyone’s welcome here. Maybe you’re just starting, maybe you’ve never touched your toes - koi baat nahi (no problem). Young, old, fit, stiff, stressed - doesn’t matter. If you can show up, that’s enough. We’ll go at your pace, from wherever you are right now.
What Happens in Class
- We start with traditional yoga asanas, focusing on small details and building the basics. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) is a regular feature, but the vibe is relaxed.
- Breathwork is a big part - I guide live pranayama sessions like Nadi Shuddhi and Bhramari, which help balance your mind and even sort out sleep ya stress (or stress).
- Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind. We use breath, mantras, and sometimes focus on chakras like Mooladhara to help you find a bit of quiet.
What Changes
After some time, most folks notice they sleep better, feel stronger, and aren’t so caught up in stress. The best part? You start feeling a little more peaceful, right from where you are.
Om shantih shantih shantihi.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Master Mohanty. My life’s been a long walk with yoga, from Rishikesh’s holy banks to Swiss mountains and Japanese temples. I find meaning in banyan roots, clay pots, sunrise, even clouds. Yoga’s not just poses for me—it’s about feeling the elements, learning from nature, and building your own silent corner at home. I travel, I teach, I learn. That’s my simple truth.
My Work
What I Offer - I teach traditional Indian yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Also do online sessions and yoga retreats in Switzerland and India.
How I Teach - My style is gentle, slow, and easy. We use breath, simple movements, sometimes mantras like root chakra meditation.
Practice Details - We do Nadi Shuddhi breathing, let thoughts go, and move from restless to restful together.
Who Can Join - No need to be flexible or an expert. If you’re stressed, can’t sleep, or just want to connect, you’re welcome.
