Sound is my tool for helping you drop into a deeper state of peace. I don’t believe in forcing relaxation - I set the space, you show up and let the vibrations do their work. No right way to feel, no pressure to perform. Just come as you are.
You’ll mostly be lying down, eyes closed, soaking in the sounds. I use everything from Tibetan singing bowls to handpans and gongs. Sometimes I’ll guide the session, sometimes I’ll just let the instruments speak. It’s all about letting your mind wander, letting your body sink in. The sound bath has helped folks with stress, sleep, and even pain relief. Not every session feels the same, but the shift inside is real.
I follow Nada Yoga practice, mixing ancient traditions with a bit of modern science. The vibrations can help with chakra balancing, giving you a reset from inside out. People have told me they feel lighter, more focused, and sometimes emotions come up - that’s normal. It’s not magic, but it feels pretty close.
Group healing sound session for collective energy, private sessions for a more personal touch, even outdoor sound baths under the sky. Sometimes I do themed workshops around the New Moon or Full Moon, where energy is different.
Sound is where I find my center. Maybe you will too.
