You won't just follow along to a pre-recorded loop here. In my live 2 to 10 person Zoom batches, I keep my ‘spy eyes’ on you the whole time. If you’re slumping or your alignment is off, I’ll call it out, and we’ll fix it right there. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s the only way to get stronger safely.

Why Small Group Matters

I run my batches with a maximum of 10 people because I need to see you. If you are hiding in the back or just going through the motions, I will know. This isn't a passive video session. I combine Hatha basics with Vinyasa flow and functional strength drills, ensuring you understand the 'why' behind every movement. Whether you are using a dupatta as a prop or lifting water bottles for resistance, we work with what you have.

The Method

My practice is built on discipline. I have a strict policy: no recordings and no carry-forwards. If you miss a class, that session is gone. This might sound harsh, but discipline is half the journey, yaar. We focus on active monitoring. I don't just demonstrate and let you guess; I watch your lumbar spine and knee alignment in real-time to prevent injury.
