Live Online Yoga Classes with Real-Time Guidance

These aren't pre-recorded videos. We practice together in real-time via Zoom, creating a raw, supportive space where you can ask questions, refine your alignment, and build a consistent practice.

This is what my live online classes feel like. We are a community of real people, showing up for ourselves and each other. I'm here to guide you, answer your questions, and make sure you feel supported in every session.

Here is the schedule for our June classes, with a theme of working towards Hanumanasana (the split). Each class builds on the last, from hip openers to core control.

The live yoga class schedule for March. This month, we focused on building up to Wheel Pose with classes on backbends, core strength, and arm strength.

About this collection

It is not about being the most flexible person in the room or mastering a pose for a photo. In these live sessions, I focus on sahi tareeke se (doing it the right way), guiding you through verbal cues that keep you safe. Whether you are a complete beginner or working through postpartum recovery, we start together, move together, and you have me there to check your alignment in real-time.
