Live Online Yoga Classes with Real-Time Feedback
Forget generic pre-recorded videos. My live online classes focus on real-time technique correction and individual attention, keeping batch sizes small so I can see and guide your every move.
People say group online classes don't work, but they do when the teacher pays attention. Here you can see me giving individual corrections to help students safely achieve Rajakapotasana, proving personal guidance is possible from anywhere.
People ask if I can attend to everyone in a batch. I remember every student's struggles and progress, like correcting this student's alignment from his very first class. That connection is what makes the teaching effective.
This clip shows students of varying ages and body types all successfully attempting Galavasana in the same online class. My method is adaptable and focuses on what your body can do with the right instruction.
In a live class, I helped this student discover her natural ability for twisting poses like Vakrasana. Online guidance allows for this kind of specific feedback that deepens a student's personal practice.
Hyperextension in the elbows is common and can lead to injury if not addressed. Here, I am guiding a student online to practice Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) safely by conditioning her arms correctly.
The idea that "women are not strong" is nonsense. My female students build incredible functional strength, mastering push-ups and advanced splits through dedicated practice and guidance.
Even in a difficult pose like Bhekasana (Frog Pose), I provide constant encouragement and technical cues. My accessibility and long-term commitment ensure my students reach their goals, no matter how long it takes.
About this collection
I enforce a strict policy: your video must be ON. If I cannot see your alignment, I cannot correct your posture. I cap my batches at 12 students not for exclusivity, but because any more, and I lose the ability to give the specific verbal cues that prevent injury and ensure you are actually doing the work, not just imitating it.
People often think online yoga is just following a screen. That is not how I teach. In my sessions, I use micro-corrections, calling you by name, and adjusting your alignment in real-time. Whether you are working on a complex pose like Galavasana or simply trying to fix your downward dog, I am watching.
My Methodology: No Props, Just Technique
My method relies on body mechanics, not expensive props. We use household furniture—a wall, a chair, your own bed frame—to build support and resistance. This teaches you to understand your own body, not rely on rubber straps or blocks that often mask poor technique.
Why This Is Not A Quick Fix
I do not care about the aesthetic of a pose. I care about internal health. If you are here for a 30-day weight loss promise, look elsewhere. My students are here to build functional strength and heal over time. We focus on Hatha Yoga fundamentals, strength conditioning, and advanced asana preparation. You get access to recordings for when you miss a class, but the real work happens in the 60-75 minutes we spend live together.
Who Is This For?
My sessions are for anyone willing to put in the work. Age, current fitness level, or past injuries do not matter as much as your commitment to unlearning myths and trusting the process. If you have the shraddha (faith) to show up consistently, the results will come—barutte, barutte.
